Emma Loves to Play with these Super Awesome Custom Magnets

These custom magnets are really easy and low-cost to make and people love them! Take the old magnets off of the fridge and turn them into cute decorative magnets...

Supplies/Tools Needed
  • A flat magnet (A)
  • Shape or item you'd like magnetized (B)
  • A pair of scissors (C)
  • A glue gun (D)

Instructions

Step One
Peel off the cover paper off of the magnet if the magnet is covered like my local vet's business magnet. If not, lucky you and you get to forward to Step 2.

Step Two
Cut out a chunk of magnet. It can be a smaller version of the shape or it can be a square glued in the center. Use as much magnet as possible to make sure it will hold on the fridge!

Step Three
Glue the piece to the back of the shape and admire those gorgeous creations you just gave life to.

That's it! Pretty simple project for anyone that has a glue gun... These make great little gifts or stocking stuffers. If you make any pretty magnets, tweet them to me @fckin_britney. Thanks for reading.

Emma Ripped Down Our Veritcal Blinds

Emma decided to rip down 4 of my vertical blinds today! THANK YOU EMMA I LOVE YOU. Anyways... turns out all you need is a standard hole puncher to get em back up in no time.

Tools and Supplies Needed
  •  Hole Puncher (1/4")
  • Ripped Vertical Blind

Instructions

Step One
Take Broken blind, carefully fold the blind in half to line up the ends and create a guide to punch the new hole.

Step Two
With the ends matched up, punch a hole in the un-ripped end of your vertical blind.

Step Three
Re-hang your vertical blind on newly punched end... Problem solved!

Thanks for reading! If you want, you can hang the newly punched blinds near the corner of your room to hide the ripped bottom ends from view.
